“My coach suggested different tools and strategies to help me achieve my goals until we found the combination that worked best for me. The regular check-ins with my coach gave me accountability but were always encouraging, which helped keep me motivated.” – Michelle, 49

“My health coach is very easy to talk to, she always helps me to focus more on healthier options and give me advice on how to continue with a healthy lifestyle.” Ada, Aboriginal program, 28

“It gives me confidence to try harder to achieve my goals.” Manuel, 73

“I appreciate the support and accountability provided by my coach. Being farmers it is often a problem always eating right being down paddocks far away from home & too tired to cook veggies for tea. Also weight gaining medications but I’m slowly losing weight instead of increasing every year. – Wendy, 54
