NSW Healthy Town Challenge 2019

Welcome to the NSW Healthy Town Challenge 2019

Applications are now open for the NSW Healthy Town Challenge 2019

The Healthy Town Challenge is a joint initiative of the NSW Office of Preventive Health and the Heart Foundation (NSW) to help regional and rural communities become healthier. The 2019 Challenge will be the fifth such challenge held in NSW; the previous four challenges have provided participating towns with fantastic opportunities to improve the health of their community members.

The Challenge will take place from 4th February to 30 August 2019. Applications for towns to participate in the Healthy Town Challenge are currently open and will close on Monday 26 November 2018.

Please contact Deirdre Upton, NSW Office of Preventive Health, by phone on (02) 8738 6615 or via email at Deirdre.Upton@health.nsw.gov.au if you have any questions or would like more information.
